Kredly is a non-adult dating and social connection platform designed so users can either earn credits through approved offerwall partners or use optional paid features when payment processing is available.
Paid upgrades are temporarily unavailable while Kredly completes setup with a dating-approved payment processor. You can still earn credits and use Kredly normally where earned credits are available.
Free Path
Complete eligible offers, surveys, tasks, or rewards through approved third-party providers and continue using Kredly without paying. Reward availability, eligibility, tracking, and confirmation are controlled by the applicable provider.
Why we support both systems
Many dating apps force users into subscriptions. Kredly was intentionally designed to allow both options: earning credits through approved offers or using optional paid features when payment processing is available.
Kredly credits are digital in-app credits used for eligible Kredly features. Credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and cannot be transferred outside of Kredly.

For billing questions, payment questions, or refund requests, contact support@kredlydating.com. Include your account email, purchase date, purchase amount, and any receipt or transaction ID available.
Digital credits, Premium access, and other digital services may be non-refundable once used or activated, except where required by law.
