4. Profiles, Photos, and Visibility

Dating profile information you add to Kredly may be visible to other users, including your display name, age, photos, city or state, bio, interests, preferences, and other profile details you choose to share.

Do not add information to your profile that you do not want other users to see. Kredly may review, remove, or restrict profile content that violates our rules or creates safety concerns.

5. Messages and Safety Review

Kredly may process messages and related conversation information to provide messaging, prevent abuse, investigate reports, enforce rules, and protect users. Messages may be reviewed when needed for safety, moderation, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or support.

6. Third-Party Offerwall Providers

Kredly may allow users to earn credits through third-party offerwall providers. When you use an offerwall, you may interact with a third-party provider that has its own terms, privacy policy, tracking systems, eligibility rules, and reward approval process.

Kredly may share or pass limited identifiers, such as your Kredly user ID or reward tracking identifiers, so the provider can credit the correct account. Third-party providers may collect additional information directly from you under their own privacy policies.

7. Payment Processors

Kredly may use third-party payment processors for optional paid features such as Premium access, digital credit packs, or bundles. Payment processors may collect and process payment details under their own terms and privacy policies.

Kredly may receive limited payment information such as transaction status, purchase amount, product purchased, receipt or transaction ID, and account identifiers needed to apply purchases or provide billing support. Kredly does not store full credit card numbers.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Kredly may use cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in, secure your account, remember preferences, measure usage, prevent fraud, and improve the service. Third-party providers, including offerwall providers and payment processors, may also use cookies, tracking technologies, or device identifiers under their own policies.

9. Notifications

If you allow notifications, Kredly may send updates about messages, matches, credits, rewards, account activity, safety alerts, and app updates. You can change notification permissions through your browser, device, or Kredly settings where available.

10. How We Share Information

Kredly does not sell your personal information to advertisers. We may share information only as needed to operate the service, including with:

  • Service providers that help host, operate, secure, or support Kredly.
  • Offerwall providers when you choose to use third-party rewards.
  • Payment processors when you choose to purchase optional paid features.
  • Cloud storage or image services used for profile photos and uploads.
  • Notification services used to send alerts you enable.
  • Legal, safety, fraud prevention, or compliance parties when required.

11. Data Retention

Kredly keeps information as long as needed to operate the service, provide support, maintain account and transaction records, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce rules, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect users.

Some information may be retained after account deletion if needed for fraud prevention, safety, accounting, legal compliance, dispute handling, or enforcement of Kredly rules.

12. Account Deletion and Privacy Requests

You may request account deletion or ask privacy-related questions by contacting support@kredlydating.com. Include the email address connected to your Kredly account so we can locate your account.

Account deletion may remove or deactivate your profile, but certain records may be retained where needed for safety, fraud prevention, billing, legal compliance, or legitimate business purposes.

13. Security

Kredly uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so users should keep login information private and contact support if they believe their account has been compromised.

14. Children and Minors

Kredly is only for adults who are at least 18 years old. Kredly is not intended for minors, and minors are not allowed to create accounts or use Kredly.
