Billing & Subscription Policy
Last updated: September 21, 2026
This Billing & Subscription Policy explains how optional paid features, recurring Premium subscriptions, digital credit purchases, billing, cancellations, renewals, refunds, and payment issues are handled by Kredly.
Kredly is a non-adult online dating and social connection platform for adults age 18 and older. A paid subscription is not required to create a basic Kredly account.
1. Current Payment Availability
Kredly is currently completing setup and compliance review with a dating-approved payment processor. Paid checkout may remain temporarily unavailable until payment processing has been fully activated.
During this period, users may continue to earn and use digital credits through approved reward methods where available.
The billing terms below apply when paid checkout and the applicable paid feature are available.
2. Optional Paid Products
Kredly may offer optional paid products including:
- Monthly Premium membership.
- One-time digital credit packs.
- One-time bundles containing credits or other digital features.
- Other optional digital features clearly identified before purchase.
Paid products are optional. Users may continue to use available free features and may earn credits through approved offerwall partners where available.
3. Premium Subscription
When available, Kredly Premium is an optional monthly subscription that provides access to additional features while the subscription is active.
Kredly currently lists Premium at $9.99 per month. The exact price and features included with Premium will be displayed before purchase. The price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase controls the transaction.
Unless otherwise clearly stated before purchase, Premium is a recurring monthly subscription and automatically renews each month until canceled.
4. Automatic Renewal
By purchasing a recurring Premium subscription, you authorize Kredly and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided at checkout for the initial subscription purchase and each subsequent monthly renewal until the subscription is canceled.
The first charge is made when the Premium subscription is purchased. Future renewal charges are generally made on or around the corresponding billing date each month.
Premium does not include a free trial unless a free trial or promotional period is specifically displayed and disclosed before purchase.
5. Canceling Premium
Users may cancel a Premium subscription at any time before the next scheduled renewal.
Cancellation may be requested through available account or subscription controls within Kredly, when provided, or by contacting support@kredlydating.com.
A cancellation stops future automatic renewal charges. Unless otherwise required by law or stated at the time of cancellation, Premium access will generally remain available through the end of the billing period that has already been paid for.
Canceling Premium does not normally result in a prorated refund for the remaining portion of an already-paid billing period.
6. One-Time Digital Credit Purchases
Kredly may offer digital credit packs as one-time purchases. A one-time digital credit purchase does not automatically create a recurring subscription unless the checkout page clearly states otherwise before purchase.
The purchase price, number of credits, and applicable product details will be displayed before the user authorizes payment.
Purchased digital credits are intended to be delivered to the user's Kredly account promptly after successful payment confirmation and ordinarily within 24 hours.
Kredly credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and cannot be sold or transferred outside Kredly.
7. Bundles and Other Digital Products
Kredly may offer bundles containing digital credits, Premium access, or other digital features.
The checkout page will identify whether a product is a one-time purchase or recurring subscription before payment is authorized.
A one-time bundle will not automatically renew unless recurring billing is specifically disclosed before purchase.
8. Payment Authorization
By completing a paid transaction, you authorize Kredly and its authorized payment processor to charge the payment method selected at checkout for the amount displayed before purchase.
For recurring Premium subscriptions, this authorization also applies to future recurring subscription charges until the subscription is canceled.
Users are responsible for providing accurate and current payment information.
9. Supported Card Payments
When paid checkout is activated, Kredly may accept major payment card brands including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, subject to payment processor availability and approval.
Display of a payment card brand on Kredly does not mean paid checkout is currently active. Payment transactions are only available when Kredly's approved payment processing service is active.
10. Billing Descriptor and Receipts
Information identifying the merchant, transaction, or billing descriptor applicable to a purchase will be provided through the checkout process, payment confirmation, or receipt where applicable.
Users should retain purchase confirmations and receipts for their records and for use when contacting Kredly about a billing issue.
11. Failed or Declined Payments
A payment may be declined or fail because of insufficient funds, expired payment information, payment processor restrictions, fraud screening, card issuer decisions, or other payment-related issues.
Kredly may delay, suspend, or discontinue paid access when a required subscription payment cannot be successfully processed.
Kredly may allow a user to update payment information or retry a payment when payment processing tools support those options.
12. Refunds
Because Kredly provides digital credits, Premium access, and access-based digital services, purchases may be non-refundable after credits have been used, Premium access has started, or the purchased digital service has been delivered, except where required by law.
Kredly may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, including requests involving duplicate charges, billing errors, technical problems, unauthorized transactions, or other circumstances where a refund may be appropriate.
Additional refund information is available in the Refund & Billing Policy.
13. Subscription Refunds
Canceling a Premium subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not normally provide a refund for a billing period that has already started.
Refund requests involving Premium subscriptions may still be reviewed individually, and refunds will be provided where required by applicable law.
14. Price and Feature Changes
Kredly may change the price, features, or availability of paid products in the future.
The price and material purchase terms applicable to a transaction will be disclosed before the user authorizes the purchase.
Changes to recurring subscription pricing will be communicated as required before a new price is charged.
15. Taxes
Applicable taxes, if any, may be added to a purchase where required by law. Any applicable amount collected through checkout will be shown before or as part of the transaction.
16. Fraud, Abuse, and Reversed Payments
Kredly may investigate payment activity associated with suspected fraud, unauthorized use, account abuse, chargeback abuse, credit abuse, or violations of Kredly policies.
Kredly may restrict an account, reverse improperly obtained credits, suspend paid features, or take other reasonable action when fraud, abuse, payment reversal, or policy violations are detected.
17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Users with a billing problem are encouraged to contact Kredly before initiating a payment dispute so that Kredly can review and attempt to resolve the issue.
This does not limit any rights a user may have through their financial institution, card issuer, payment network, or applicable law.
18. Third-Party Offerwall Rewards
Credits earned through third-party offerwall providers are not payment card purchases from Kredly.
Offer availability, eligibility, completion requirements, tracking, approval, rejection, and reward confirmation are controlled by the applicable third-party provider.
Additional information about offerwall rewards is available in the Kredly Terms of Service and Refund & Billing Policy.
19. Changes to This Policy
Kredly may update this Billing & Subscription Policy as paid features, payment processing, or legal requirements change.
The current version will be posted on Kredly with an updated effective or revision date.
20. Billing Support
For subscription cancellations, refund requests, duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, digital credit issues, payment questions, or other billing support, contact support@kredlydating.com.
When contacting support about a transaction, please include your Kredly account email, purchase date, purchase amount, product purchased, and any receipt or transaction ID available.
