Community Guidelines

1. Adults Only

Kredly is only for users who are at least 18 years old. Minors are not allowed to create accounts, appear in dating profiles, use messaging, or use any Kredly dating features.

2. Be Honest About Who You Are

Use accurate profile information and photos that represent you. Do not impersonate another person, use fake identity information, mislead other users, or create accounts for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.

3. Respect Other Users

Treat other users with respect. Harassment, threats, bullying, intimidation, hate, exploitation, blackmail, coercion, and abusive behavior are not allowed.

If someone is not interested, respect their decision. Do not continue contacting, pressuring, or targeting users who do not want to interact.

4. No Adult, Explicit, or Sexual Services Content

Kredly is intended only for lawful dating and social connection between adults. Kredly does not allow adult content, nudity, pornography, explicit sexual content, escort services, prostitution, sexual services, paid companionship, paid arrangements, sugar dating, or transactional dating activity.

You may not use Kredly to:

• Post or request nudity, pornography, or explicit sexual content.
• Offer, request, arrange, or promote escort services.
• Offer, request, arrange, or promote prostitution or sexual services.
• Offer or request paid companionship or paid dating arrangements.
• Use Kredly for adult entertainment, adult advertising, or explicit services.
• Pressure, coerce, or exploit another user sexually or financially.

5. No Illegal Activity

Do not use Kredly to promote, arrange, facilitate, or participate in illegal activity. This includes illegal services, fraud, threats, exploitation, trafficking, controlled substances, stolen goods, or any activity that violates applicable law.

6. No Scams, Spam, or Fraud

Kredly does not allow:

• Scams, phishing, fraud, or fake investment offers.
• Requests for money, gift cards, banking details, or financial access.
• Spam, mass messaging, misleading links, or deceptive promotions.
• Fake accounts created to manipulate users or Kredly systems.
• Attempts to abuse credits, offerwalls, payments, or rewards.
• Bots, automation, scraping, or system manipulation.

7. Profile Photo Rules

Profile photos should be appropriate for a non-adult dating platform. Kredly may review, remove, or restrict photos that violate our rules or create safety concerns.

Do not upload photos that include:

• Nudity, pornography, or explicit sexual content.
• Illegal activity or promotion of illegal services.
• Violence, threats, hate, exploitation, or harassment.
• Impersonation or photos that misrepresent who you are.
• Minors in a dating-profile context.
• Private, non-consensual, or misleading images.

8. Messaging Rules

Use messaging for respectful dating and social connection. Do not send harassment, explicit content, threats, scams, spam, sexual service offers, illegal offers, or content that violates these Guidelines.

Kredly may review messages when needed for reports, safety, moderation, fraud prevention, account support, legal compliance, or enforcement of Kredly rules.

9. Credits and Rewards

Kredly credits are digital in-app credits used only for eligible Kredly features. Credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and cannot be sold, transferred, traded, or exchanged outside Kredly.

Do not abuse credits, offerwall rewards, transactions, referrals, payment systems, or app features. Kredly may reverse credits, restrict features, or suspend accounts connected to fraud, chargebacks, invalid rewards, technical abuse, or policy violations.

10. Reporting and Blocking

Users can report or block accounts that appear fake, unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, explicit, illegal, or otherwise in violation of Kredly rules. Reports should be made in good faith and should include clear details when possible.

Blocking can help prevent unwanted interaction. Reporting helps Kredly review accounts and take action when needed.

11. Moderation and Enforcement

Kredly may review accounts, profiles, photos, messages, reports, blocks, credit activity, offerwall activity, payment activity, and other app behavior for safety, fraud prevention, support, and policy enforcement.

Violations may result in content removal, warnings, feature restrictions, credit adjustments, temporary bans, permanent bans, or other enforcement actions. Serious violations may lead to immediate account removal.

12. Safe Dating Expectations

Use caution when interacting online or meeting someone in person. Kredly does not verify every claim made by users and does not guarantee matches, dates, relationships, compatibility, or outcomes.

• Keep early conversations inside Kredly when possible.
• Do not send money or financial information to other users.
• Meet in public for first meetings.
• Tell someone you trust where you are going.
• Arrange your own transportation.
• Leave if you feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
• Report suspicious, abusive, explicit, or unsafe behavior.
