Buy Credits

Messages currently cost 5 credits each. Purchased credits are added to your Kredly balance after the payment is securely verified.

For account security, use the same email address at checkout as the email on your Kredly account. Payment details are entered on our payment provider's secure hosted checkout page.

Earn Credits

Don't want to buy credits? Users can earn credits by completing eligible offers, surveys, tasks, or rewards through approved third-party offerwall providers. Reward availability, eligibility, tracking, and confirmation are controlled by the applicable provider.

Premium

Premium is planned to include unlimited messaging while active, priority placement, increased visibility, and a Premium badge.

Premium recurring billing is still being finalized and is not available for purchase yet. Credit packs and Premium use separate purchase systems.

Secure Card Payments

Kredly uses a secure hosted checkout for card purchases. Card information is entered on the payment provider's secure checkout page rather than directly into Kredly.

Credit checkout is currently undergoing final testing before live transactions are enabled.

Digital Credits

Kredly credits are digital in-app credits used for eligible Kredly features. Credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and cannot be transferred outside Kredly.

Credit costs, reward amounts, included features, and credit availability may change over time.

Billing and Refund Questions

For billing questions, payment questions, or refund requests, contact support@kredlydating.com. Include your account email, purchase date, purchase amount, and any receipt or transaction ID available.

Digital credits, Premium access, and other digital services may be non-refundable once used or activated, except where required by law.
