Safety & Removal

Request removal of a nonconsensual intimate image

If an intimate image or video of you, or of someone you are authorized to represent, was published or shared on Kredly without consent, you can use this form to request its removal. You do not need a Kredly account, and this process is available regardless of age.

Do not upload or email the intimate image itself.

Instead, tell us where it appears. Helpful locating information can include a Kredly profile name, user ID, conversation, message, page URL, image URL, approximate date or time, or other details that help us find the content.

No account required

Anyone who is depicted, or an authorized representative, may submit a request.

48-hour process

Valid requests are handled as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after receipt.

Identical copies

Kredly will make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies on the platform.

This process is intended for nonconsensual intimate visual depictions, including real images or videos and qualifying digitally created or altered depictions. For other safety reports, use Kredly's normal reporting tools or contact support@kredlydating.com.

Federal information about the TAKE IT DOWN Act is available from the Federal Trade Commission.
