1. Scope

This policy applies to user-generated content and activity made available through Kredly, including:

• Profile photographs and additional profile images.
• Profile information, biographies, and account details.
• User-to-user messages.
• Images shared through messaging features.
• User reports and moderation submissions.
• Other content or activity submitted through Kredly features.

Kredly is intended for lawful dating and social connection between adults. Kredly is not an adult-content, pornography, escort, sexual services, or transactional-dating platform.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Users may not upload, transmit, publish, request, promote, distribute, or otherwise use Kredly for content or activity involving:

• Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
• Adult services or commercial sexual services.
• Escort services, prostitution, paid sexual arrangements, or sexual solicitation.
• Sugar dating, paid companionship, or transactional dating arrangements.
• Sexual content involving, depicting, or appearing to involve a minor.
• Child sexual abuse material, grooming, exploitation, or trafficking.
• Illegal activity, illegal services, or promotion of criminal conduct.
• Threats, harassment, stalking, intimidation, or abuse.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Content depicting or promoting serious violence or exploitation.
• Hate-based abuse, targeted harassment, blackmail, or coercion.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive activity.
• Content that violates another person's privacy, rights, or intellectual property.
• Attempts to exploit Kredly's credit, offerwall, payment, moderation, or account systems.
• Any content or conduct otherwise prohibited by applicable law, Kredly's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or safety rules.

Kredly may also remove or restrict content that presents a safety, legal, fraud, payment-processing, or platform-integrity risk.

3. Automated Content Screening

Kredly uses automated moderation technology to assist in screening uploaded profile photographs for inappropriate or unsafe material.

Automated screening may evaluate uploaded images for categories such as adult content, sexually suggestive material, violence, or other potentially inappropriate imagery.

Automated systems are used as moderation tools and may be supplemented by administrator review when further investigation is appropriate.

4. Human Review and Administrative Oversight

Content, accounts, and activity may be reviewed by authorized Kredly administrators when:

• Automated moderation identifies potentially prohibited content.
• Another user submits a report.
• An account demonstrates suspicious or abusive behavior.
• Kredly becomes aware of a possible violation of its Terms or policies.
• A moderation decision is disputed or appealed.
• Review is reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, payment compliance, or legal compliance.

Administrators may approve, reject, remove, restrict, or otherwise moderate content and accounts based on Kredly's rules and the circumstances of the incident.

5. User Reporting

Kredly provides users with tools to report accounts or conduct that may violate platform rules.

Reports may involve concerns such as:

• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior.
• Inappropriate, nude, or explicit content.
• Fraud, scams, or suspicious activity.
• Impersonation or fake identities.
• Suspected underage users.
• Illegal activity or prohibited services.
• Safety concerns or other policy violations.

Reports may be reviewed by Kredly and enforcement action may be taken based on the nature, severity, credibility, and history of the reported activity.

6. Photo Moderation and Enforcement

Kredly applies moderation controls to profile photographs and may reject or remove images that violate platform rules.

Kredly generally uses a progressive enforcement system for prohibited profile photographs:

• First violation: Warning and rejection or removal of the prohibited content.
• Second violation: Temporary account suspension, generally for 24 hours.
• Third violation: Permanent account ban.

Kredly may skip progressive enforcement and immediately restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate an account when a violation involves serious illegal, exploitative, dangerous, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

7. Messaging and User Safety

User-to-user messages and images shared through messaging remain subject to Kredly's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and safety rules.

Users may block other accounts and report inappropriate or unsafe conduct.

Kredly may investigate reported private communications when reasonably necessary to enforce platform rules, respond to user reports, prevent fraud, protect users, comply with payment-processing requirements, or satisfy legal obligations.

8. Blocking and Account Restrictions

Kredly provides blocking tools intended to prevent unwanted interaction between users.

Depending on the circumstances, Kredly may also restrict account visibility, messaging, matching, profile access, or other platform functionality in connection with safety or moderation enforcement.

9. Illegal or Exploitative Material

Kredly maintains zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or other unlawful exploitative material.

When Kredly becomes aware of content or activity that may involve serious illegal or exploitative conduct, Kredly may:

• Immediately restrict access to the content.
• Suspend or permanently terminate the associated account.
• Preserve relevant account or moderation records when legally appropriate.
• Cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement or appropriate authorities.
• Make reports to appropriate authorities when legally required.

10. Appeals and Re-Review

When appropriate, users may request review of certain moderation decisions.

Kredly administrators may examine available content, moderation information, account history, and other relevant information and may uphold or reverse the original moderation decision.

Submission of an appeal does not guarantee that content or an account will be reinstated.

11. Moderation Records and Abuse Prevention

Kredly may maintain records relating to moderation actions, violations, user reports, account restrictions, disputes, fraud indicators, or other safety-related activity when reasonably necessary to:

• Prevent repeated abuse.
• Enforce Kredly's rules.
• Protect users and the platform.
• Investigate disputes or suspicious activity.
• Prevent fraud or payment abuse.
• Comply with legal or payment-processing obligations.

12. Enforcement Actions

Violations may result in one or more of the following:

• Content rejection or removal.
• User warnings.
• Feature restrictions.
• Temporary account suspension.
• Permanent account termination.
• Credit reversal or account adjustments related to abuse.
• Referral to appropriate authorities when legally required.

Kredly reserves the right to take immediate action when reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, payment systems, or the public.

13. Policy Updates

Kredly may update this Content Monitoring Policy from time to time as the platform, moderation systems, legal requirements, or safety practices evolve.
