1. Minimum Age Requirement

A person must be at least 18 years old to create or maintain a Kredly account or use Kredly's dating features.

People under 18 are prohibited from:

• Creating or maintaining a Kredly dating account.
• Maintaining or appearing as a dating profile.
• Using matching or discovery features.
• Sending or receiving dating messages.
• Uploading or sharing dating profile content.
• Purchasing Premium access or digital credits.
• Participating in other adult dating features made available by Kredly.

2. Age Verification Gate

Kredly uses an age-verification gate before allowing a visitor to enter the dating service.

Visitors are required to affirmatively confirm that they are at least 18 years old before continuing into Kredly.

Visitors who indicate that they are under 18 are denied access to the dating service.

Attempting to circumvent or falsify information provided through the age gate may result in account restriction, denial, suspension, or permanent termination.

3. Age Information and User Responsibility

Users are required to provide truthful and accurate information regarding their age and eligibility to use Kredly.

Providing a false age, misrepresenting age eligibility, or using another person's identity in order to gain access to Kredly violates Kredly's Terms of Service and safety rules.

Age eligibility remains a continuing condition of using Kredly and may be reviewed at any time if a concern arises.

4. Suspected Underage Users

If Kredly receives information indicating that an account may belong to a person under 18, Kredly may restrict or suspend the account while the concern is reviewed.

Age-related concerns may arise from:

• User reports.
• Profile information.
• User-uploaded photographs.
• Statements made by the account holder.
• Messages or other user-generated content.
• Information discovered during moderation.
• Other credible information indicating that a user may be under 18.

5. Additional Age or Identity Verification

When reasonably necessary, Kredly may request additional information to determine whether a user satisfies the minimum-age requirement.

Depending on the circumstances, Kredly may request appropriate proof of age or identity.

Access to some or all Kredly features may remain restricted while an age-related review is pending.

Failure or refusal to provide reasonably requested verification may result in continued restriction or termination of the account.

6. Reporting Suspected Underage Accounts

Kredly users are encouraged to immediately report an account they reasonably believe belongs to a person under 18.

Reports involving suspected minors are treated as significant safety matters and may receive expedited moderation review.

Kredly may take actions including:

• Temporarily restricting the reported account.
• Preventing further user interaction.
• Reviewing available profile and account information.
• Reviewing relevant user reports and moderation records.
• Requesting additional verification where appropriate.
• Permanently terminating the account if the user is determined or reasonably believed to be underage.

7. Sexual Content Involving Minors

Kredly maintains zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, trafficking, or sexual content involving minors.

Such content or activity is strictly prohibited regardless of whether it appears in a profile, photograph, message, private communication, or other area of the platform.

If Kredly becomes aware of suspected child sexual exploitation or other serious unlawful activity involving a minor, Kredly may:

• Immediately restrict or terminate the associated account.
• Restrict access to the relevant content.
• Preserve relevant account or moderation information when legally appropriate.
• Cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement or appropriate authorities.
• Make reports to appropriate authorities when legally required.

8. Account Removal for Underage Users

If Kredly determines that a user is under 18, the account may be permanently disabled.

A person whose account was removed because they were underage may not use Kredly until they lawfully satisfy Kredly's minimum-age requirement and any applicable verification requirements.

9. False or Misleading Age Information

Users who intentionally falsify age information, attempt to bypass the age gate, impersonate another person, or otherwise evade Kredly's age restrictions may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.

Kredly reserves the right to refuse or terminate service when an account presents a reasonable age-related safety concern.

10. Continuing Monitoring and Enforcement

Passing the initial age gate does not prevent Kredly from reviewing age eligibility later.

Age-related concerns may be investigated at any point during the life of an account based on reports, moderation activity, user-generated content, or other credible information.

11. Records and Safety Enforcement

Kredly may maintain records relating to age-related reports, moderation actions, verification requests, account restrictions, and enforcement decisions when reasonably necessary to:

• Prevent repeated attempts by minors to access the service.
• Investigate user safety concerns.
• Enforce Kredly's Terms and safety rules.
• Respond to disputes.
• Protect Kredly users and the platform.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

12. Privacy and Verification Information

Information obtained in connection with an age or identity review is handled in accordance with Kredly's Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.

Kredly seeks to limit collection and use of verification information to what is reasonably necessary for safety, eligibility, fraud prevention, compliance, and related purposes.

13. Policy Updates

Kredly may update this Age Verification Policy as the platform, safety practices, verification controls, payment requirements, or applicable laws and regulations evolve.
