Terms of Service

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Kredly. By creating an account, accessing Kredly, using Kredly features, earning credits, purchasing optional paid features, or interacting with other users, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

Kredly is a non-adult online dating and social connection platform. Kredly allows eligible adult users to create profiles, discover other users, like or pass on profiles, match, message, earn digital credits, and access optional features that may include Premium access, digital credit packs, or credit/premium bundles.

Kredly is intended only for lawful dating and social connection between adults. Kredly does not provide escort services, adult entertainment, pornography, sexual services, paid companionship, or any service involving unlawful or explicit activity.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Kredly. By using Kredly, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are legally allowed to use the service in your location.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, these Terms, and any additional rules shown inside Kredly or by third-party offer providers.

3. Accounts and Profile Information

You agree to provide accurate account and profile information and to keep your login information secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

Kredly may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts that contain false, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, explicit, illegal, or policy-violating information.

4. Dating, Matching, and Messaging

Kredly may provide features for discovering users, liking profiles, matching, messaging, and viewing profiles. Kredly does not guarantee matches, messages, dates, relationships, meetings, compatibility, or any specific outcome from using the service.

Users are responsible for their own communications, decisions, and interactions with other users. Use caution when interacting online or meeting anyone in person.

5. Credits

Kredly may use digital in-app credits for eligible app features such as messaging or other features shown in the app. Credits are digital in-app items only.

• Credits have no cash value.
• Credits are not redeemable for money.
• Credits may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside Kredly.
• Credits may be adjusted, reversed, or removed if fraud, abuse, chargebacks, invalid offer completion, technical errors, or policy violations are detected.
• Kredly may change credit costs, reward amounts, features, or credit availability at any time.

6. Offerwalls and Third-Party Rewards

Kredly may allow users to earn credits by completing third-party offers, surveys, tasks, or rewards through approved offerwall partners. Offer availability, reward amounts, eligibility, tracking, completion requirements, and approval are controlled by third-party providers.

Kredly is not responsible for third-party content, third-party outages, third-party eligibility decisions, delayed reward confirmation, or offers that are rejected by a provider. Kredly may review reward issues when enough information is provided, but credits depend on tracking and validation from the applicable provider.

7. Optional Paid Features

Kredly may offer optional paid features, including Premium access, digital credit packs, or bundles. Paid features are optional and are not required to create a basic account.

Prices, included features, subscription terms, and availability may change. Any paid feature will be shown at checkout or in the app before purchase. Paid features may be temporarily unavailable while Kredly completes payment processor setup or maintenance.

8. Billing and Refunds

Billing questions and refund requests may be sent to support at support@kredlydating.com. Include your account email, purchase date, purchase amount, and any receipt, transaction ID, or payment confirmation available.

Because Kredly provides digital credits, access-based features, and digital services, purchases may be non-refundable once credits are used or Premium access has started, except where required by law. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Kredly does not allow adult content, nudity, pornography, escort services, prostitution, sexual services, paid arrangements, sugar dating, illegal activity, explicit content, harassment, threats, scams, impersonation, or content that violates our community standards.

You may not use Kredly to:

• Post, request, sell, promote, or arrange sexual services.
• Post, request, sell, or promote escort services or paid companionship.
• Post nudity, pornography, explicit sexual content, or adult content.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, blackmail, or abuse another person.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Promote scams, spam, fraud, illegal activity, or unsafe behavior.
• Use bots, automation, scraping, or misleading behavior.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse credits, rewards, or app features.
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or damage Kredly.

10. Safety, Reports, and Moderation

Kredly may provide safety tools such as reporting, blocking, photo review, moderation, admin review, account restrictions, temporary bans, and permanent bans. Kredly may review accounts, profiles, photos, messages, reports, offerwall activity, payment activity, and other app activity for safety, security, fraud prevention, and policy compliance.

Kredly may remove content, reverse credits, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms or Kredly community standards.

11. Privacy

Kredly handles personal information according to our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy for more information about how Kredly collects, uses, and protects information.

12. No Guarantee of Availability

Kredly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Kredly may update, change, pause, remove, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that Kredly, offerwalls, credits, messaging, payment features, or other services will always be available or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kredly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of Kredly, your interactions with other users, third-party offers, payment issues, account restrictions, or unavailable features.

14. Changes to These Terms

Kredly may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Kredly after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
