Safety

Kredly is a non-adult online dating and social connection platform for adults. Safety is an important part of the Kredly experience, and users are expected to follow our rules, respect other users, and use the platform only for lawful dating and social connection.

1. Adult Users Only

Kredly is only for users who are at least 18 years old. Minors are not allowed to create accounts, appear in profiles, use messaging, or use any Kredly dating features.

2. Non-Adult Dating Platform

Kredly is intended only for lawful dating and social connection between adults. Kredly does not provide, promote, or allow adult services, escort services, pornography, prostitution, paid sexual arrangements, paid companionship, or sexual services.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Kredly does not allow:

  • Adult content, nudity, pornography, or explicit sexual content.
  • Escort services, prostitution, sexual services, or paid arrangements.
  • Sugar dating, paid companionship, or transactional dating activity.
  • Illegal activity or promotion of illegal services.
  • Harassment, threats, bullying, intimidation, or abuse.
  • Scams, fraud, spam, phishing, or misleading behavior.
  • Impersonation, fake identity, or pretending to be another person.
  • Hate, exploitation, blackmail, coercion, or unsafe behavior.
  • Attempts to abuse credits, offerwalls, payments, or app systems.

4. Reporting Users

Users can report accounts that appear unsafe, fake, abusive, fraudulent, explicit, illegal, or otherwise in violation of Kredly rules. Reports may be reviewed by Kredly for safety, moderation, fraud prevention, and policy enforcement.

When reporting a user, include clear details and screenshots if available. Reports should be made in good faith and should not be used to harass or target other users.

5. Blocking Users

Users may block other accounts when they no longer want contact or visibility from that user. Blocking can help prevent unwanted interactions and reduce further contact.

6. Photo and Profile Moderation

Kredly may review profile photos, profile details, reports, account activity, messages, and other content for safety and policy compliance. Photos or profile content that violate Kredly rules may be removed or restricted.

Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, temporary bans, permanent bans, credit adjustments, or other enforcement actions.

7. Account Enforcement

Kredly may restrict, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate our Terms, Safety rules, Community Guidelines, or applicable law. Enforcement may apply to account activity, profile content, photos, messages, reports, offerwall activity, payment activity, or other app behavior.

Serious violations, repeated violations, fraud, illegal activity, explicit content, escort-related activity, sexual services, scams, or attempts to exploit Kredly may lead to immediate permanent removal.
